Standard 1- Demonstrates Competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities. Ex: The learner will demonstrate motor skills including speed, agility, coordination, balance, power, and reaction time. Standard 2-Demonstrates understanding of movement concepts, prinicples, strategies, and tactices s they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities. Ex: The will apply movement concepts including multi and single joint movements, linear, lateral, multidirectional, power, flexibility and safety.
